Race Preview
The Kennesaw State cross country teams travel to Huntsville, Ala. for the NCAA South Regionals on Friday, November 12.

The KSU men and women both competed on Saturday, October 30 at the ASUN Championships where the women finished fifth while the men took eighth.
  
The men's best finish at the NCAA South Regionals was seventh in 2021. The women's best finish was 21^st in 2012.

The women's 6k race is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. ET. The men's 10k race will begin at 10:30 a.m. ET.
 
KSU Team Notes
- Sarah Hendrick (21:26.82) has the top 6k time for the women for the women this season. Koi Williams (33:02.1) carries the top time for the men in the 10k in his career.

- Sarah Hendrick and Gavin Frick were the Owls top finishers at the ASUN Championships.

-  Hendrick was named to ASUN Women's Cross Country All-Academic Team.

Next Up
The Owls return to action on Saturday, Nov. 26 at the NCAA Championships in Tallahassee, Fla. if any of the 14 qualify. If not, they will be back in action on Friday (Dec. 3) when the indoor track and field season gets underway at the Clemson Opener.
