LOXLEY, Ala. – Brock Healy led the Kennesaw State men's golf team at the Steelwood Collegiate Invitational on Saturday at Steelwood Country Club.
The Owls recorded a 19-over par total of 307 in round one and a 15-over par total 303 for a 34-over par total of 610. KSU sits in 14
th place after two rounds.
Healy fired rounds of 5-over par (77) and 2-under par (70) for a 3-over par total 147 which ties for 39th. He rolled in 19 birdies and seven pars on Saturday.
Lucas Mota opened with an even-par 72 and closed with a 5-over par 77. He is tied for 47
th at 5-over par 149.
Ryan Hines (77-79) and
Luke Phillips (81-77) are tied for 73
rd and 77
th respectively.
Joseph Byrne is in 78
th place.
The Owls will play the final round of the Steelwood Collegiate Invitational on Sunday, Oct. 31.
