Final Results
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Four members of the Kennesaw State men's tennis team concluded play at the ITA Southeast Regional Championships on Sunday.
"The guys had a successful regional in what arguably is the toughest region in the country," assistant coach
Simon Pritchard said. "I am proud of the way all four of them competed throughout the event."
KSU had two doubles teams and three singles players in the main draws of the event.
Matt Terry was the lone Owl to advance to the round of 32 defeating Diego Padilha of Georgia State 6-2, 6-7 (7-4), 6-1. He would lose a tight match in three sets in the round of 32.
Sergio Ingles would defeat Diego Padihla in the consolation singles draw by a score of 6-7 (5), 6-3, 10-6.
Next Up
The Owls will return to courts in January of 2022 to open the dual-match season.
