KENNESAW, Ga. - The Kennesaw State baseball coaching staff announced the team's schedule for the 2021 season on Thursday afternoon.
The Stillwell Baseball Stadium will host 24 games in the 52-game season, including two huge non-conference matchups against Georgia and Georgia Tech.
The 2021 season marks 30 remarkable years of Mike Sansing's era as Kennesaw State head coach; the legendary skipper is coming off of a successful 2020 season, earning a 10-8 record before the remainder of the season was canceled due to the global pandemic.
The new slate begins on home ground, with the Owls kicking off a three-game series against Saint Louis University on Feb. 19.
A week later, KSU will compete in the Coastal Carolina Tournament in Conway, S.C. against West Virginia, Bryant University and the hosts, Coastal Carolina.
Play within the ASUN will be divided into two divisions: North and South. The exception is crossover weekend, which will be hosted by Kennesaw State as the team battles Stetson on May 15 and FGCU on May 14 and 16.
Conference play for the Owls begins on March 12 with a three-game series against ASUN-newcomers Bellarmine.
The team will also travel to nearby titans Auburn, Georgia and Georgia Tech.
