KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State Director of Tennis Matt Emery has announced the signing of Raul Garcia who will join the Owls in August of 2020 after signing a National Letter of Intent.
 
Garcia hails from Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.
 
"We are thrilled about Raul joining our program this fall," Emery said. "Raul is a player who will not only make an immediate impact at any spot in our lineup but his best tennis is also still in front of him. He is a big and physical player with weapons. We can't wait to get him on campus this fall."
 
Garcia is the No.1 ranked player in Bolivia in the under 16 and 18 divisions. He has ranked as high as #1248 in the ATP Singles Rankings and won multiple ITF Junior titles. He has a UTR high rating of 13.4.
