Match Preview
The Kennesaw State men's tennis team looks to get back on track against Louisville on Tuesday (Mar. 3) at 1 p.m. in Louisville, KY. The Owls fell to Tennessee Tech on Friday (Feb. 28). KSU will be seeking its first win against an opponent from a Power Five conference.
Scouting Louisville
The Cardinals are currently 7-4 on the season and 2-1 for conference matches. Tin Chen (5-0) and Fabien Salle (5-1) lead the Cardinals in singles play this season. In doubles, Matthew Fung and Tin Chen are 3-1 playing primarily at No. 2.
The Series
Tuesday's match is the first meeting between the two in program history.
The Last Time Out
The Kennesaw State men's tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision to Tennessee Tech on Saturday (Feb. 29) at the Tech Tennis Courts.
The Golden Eagles won the doubles point and five of the six singles matches to snatch the victory.
The doubles matches were all tightly contested.
Bryan Triana and
Gaston Muhammad defeated Evzen Holis and Carlos Vicente by a score of 6-4 at No. 1 doubles.
Kevin Patel and
Drew Lahey fell 6-4 to Riku Kubota and Lucca Silva.
Sergio Ingles and
Drew Lahey lost 7-6 to Fanis Kontopolos and Elias Grubert
Ingles collected the Owls lone point of the day when he took down Rafael Tosetto by a score of 5-7, 6-2, 10-4 to collect his second win of the season.

The Owls hit the road again to take on Jacksonville State on Wednesday (Mar. 11) at 4 p.m.
