JACKSONVILLE, Ala. – The Kennesaw State men's tennis team had its match at Jacksonville State suspended due to rain on Wednesday afternoon. KSU holds 1-0 lead after doubles play. All six singles matches had completed the first set before the rains came. The singles matches will finish on Thursday (Mar. 12) at 1:30 p.m.
In doubles, KSU got wins on courts two and three.
Drew Lahey and
Sebastian Osorio picked up a 6-3 win over Thomas Norwood and Aljaz Kaplja.
Gaston Muhammad and
Harvey Conway secured the point with a 6-4 win over Guillermo Agost and Jordi Blanchar at No. 3.
Brian Triana,
Kevin Patel and
Seru Tezuka all won their opening sets.
Sergio Ingles,
Sebastian Osorio and
Harvey Conway all lost tightly played opening sets before the rains came.
