Coming off a win against Samford, the Kennesaw State men's tennis hits the court again on Saturday in Statesboro, Ga. against Georgia Southern at 10:30 a.m.

Scouting Georgia Southern
The Eagles are 4-5 on the season with wins over Gardner-Webb, South Carolina-State, The Citadel and FGCU. The Eagles are led by Alexandros Roumpois who is 6-2 in singles action this season.
The Series
The Owls and Eagles will meet for the ninth time on Saturday. Georgia Southern leads the series 5-3. Â

The Last Time Out
The Kennesaw State men's tennis team went on the road and picked up a 5-2 win over Samford at the Pat M. Courington Tennis Pavillion on Saturday (Feb. 1).
 The Owls opened the match securing the doubles point by winning two of the three doubles matches.Â
Bryan Triana and
Jose Galvez got KSU on the board first with a 6-2 win over M.A. Bellalouna and Tomas Santantonio.
Kevin Patel and
Sergio Ingles defeated Rossouw Norval and Eladio Fabregas 7-6 to secure the point.
Triana pushed the lead to 2-0 with a 6-3, 6-2 win over Rossouw Norval. Ingles collected his first win in an Owl uniform beating Eladio Fabregas 7-5, 6-4. After the Bulldogs won a point, Patel clinched the match when he took down Max Rebol 6-1, 6-2. Each team picked up a point in the final two singles matches. Galvez outlasted Tomas Santantonio 6-4, 4-6, 11-9 to secure the Owls fifth point.
 The win marks the Owls first over Samford in program history.Â
Next Up
The Owls will host ASA Miami on Feb. 15 at 4 p.m. on the Betty Siegel Courts at KSU.
