LEXINGTON, Ky.Ā ā The Kennesaw State men's tennis team fell 7-0 to Kentucky on Friday (Feb. 21) at the Hilary J. Boone Varsity Tennis Complex.

"I liked the way we competed tonight," Director of Tennis
Matt Emery said. "We got outplayed by a very good team indoors but there were a lot of positives tonight. We are excited to get to work this week and get ready for Tennessee Tech next weekend."

Kentucky won the doubles point and all six singles matches to secure the victory.

Bryan Triana and
Sergio Ingles were tied 4-4 with Millen Hurrion and Gabriel Diallo at No. 1 doubles when the point was clinched.

In the No. 1 position in singles, Triana lost the first set and dropped a highly contested second set in a tiebreaker 7-6 (7-3).
Gaston Muhammad (8-4) and
Harvey Conway (8-5) fell in a pair of one set matches at No. 5 and No. 6.

The Owls hit the road again to take on Tennessee Tech on Saturday (Feb. 29).
