• Kennesaw State is coming off its biggest comeback of the season, after defeating Stetson 70-67 after being down 19 points in the second half.Â
• The Owls look to avenge a Jan. 20 loss to FGCU in Fort Myers. In that contest, Alexis Poole scored 23 points and Amani Johnson scored 20.
• The Owls are winners of their last three contests, beating Lipscomb, Shorter and Stetson, their second-longest winning streak of the season.Â
• Gillian Piccolino has played well the last three games. She scored a career-high 25 against Lipscomb and netted 21 in the game versus Stetson on Saturday.
• Kennesaw State has taken advantage of its trips to the free-throw line this season. The Owls rank 12th in the country from the line, shooting at a 77.2 percent clip.Â
• Alexis Poole has been incredible so far this season for Kennesaw State. She ranks 21st in the country in field goal percentage, draining 57.0 percent of her shots.
• One of the Owls' keys to victory this season has been rebounding the basketball. When Kennesaw State out-rebounds opponents, the Owls are 10-1 so far this season. When KSU is outrebounded, the Owls are 2-10.
• Amani Johnson has displayed incredible vision this season for the Owls. The sophomore ranks second in the ASUN in assists per game (3.8), which ranks 152nd in the country.Â
• A trend that continues from last season, Amani Johnson rarely gets taken off the court. This season, she is averaging 38:45 minutes per contest, which ranks sixth in the country.
• During the summer, it was announced that the Owls were ranked No. 20 in the WBCA Academic rankings. The Owls were the sole program in the ASUN to receive the honor as well as the only program in the state of Georgia to be recognized on the list. KSU ended the season with a 3.54 GPA.
• This past fall, the team achieved a GPA of 3.37, as all ten student-athletes were above a 3.0 GPA with four student-athletes on the Dean's list

• Florida Gulf Coast is coming into this contest as the No. 22 team in the country, the Owls' highest ranked foe this season.
• The Eagles are undefeated in conference play this season, winning all 12 games. FGCU are winners of their last 14.
• Earlier this season, the Owls fell 80-63 in Fort Myers, Fla.
• FGCU was the first team in the ASUN to lock up a bid to the conference tournament.
• The Eagles are led by Keri Jewett-Giles, who is averaging 16.8 points per game.Â
