Be Owl-In Together | Purchase Legacy Locker
KENNESAW, Ga. -- As the "Owl-In Together" campaign rolls on with the goal of raising $300,000 by the end of the calendar year, one of the many ways to give to Kennesaw State athletics is through the Legacy Locker initiative.
The goal of the Legacy Locker campaign is to have the naming rights sold for every locker in our teams' locker rooms. In all, over 200 lockers throughout campus are available to be claimed with all proceeds from the initiative going towards building a greater student-athlete experience.
Shelley Elder became the latest supporter to join the Legacy Locker program when her women's basketball locker was unveiled in honor of former player
Carlotta Gianolla, Haven Academy, Kennesaw Teen Center and Northwest Family YMCA.
"The Legacy Locker program is an opportunity for our fans to leave their legacy forever in Kennesaw State athletics," said Director of Athletics
Milton Overton. "The families that have stepped up so far will have their name on that locker forever. No matter what facility is built or where the locker moves, those names will always be in the history books."
The naming right is $5,000 per locker to be paid off within two years and all donations support The Owls Fund. There are limited lockers available per sport's home locker room. Lockers will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
