On the overall performance …
"Overall, we were very pleased with both teams' performances this weekend."
Â
On the men's team …
"The weekend was highlighted by the singles titles by Bryan and Kevin and Kevin and Jack in doubles. We were very pleased with the guys' performances across the board, with almost everyone picking up multiple quality wins. Bryan and Kevin saw some of their hard work begin to pay off, which was great to see. It was also great seeing Harrison get his first match and pick up a win in over a year coming back from his injury. If the boys keep trusting the process and don't get ahead of themselves, they are going to do some special things this season."
Â
On the women's team …
"Aspen had a breakout weekend, losing a very tight match today in the final. The four freshmen got some of the nerves out the first day and then responded with a great last two days. It was great to see Taylor get her collegiate career off to a strong start as well, making the semifinals of the "A" draw. I think the girls are excited to see their hard work beginning to pay dividends and we can't wait to get back to work getting better these next couple of weeks before Georgia Southern."
