KENNESAW, Ga.-
Clara Aveling was named ASUN Women's Golfer of the Week the conference announced on Thursday.
Aveling led the Owls at the Brickyard Collegiate. The senior recorded rounds of 71-71 for a 2-under par total of 142. She collected 22 pars and 9 birdies and finished in sixth place overall. This is her third time as the Owls top finisher in a tournament and third top-10 finish of the season. This is her third career ASUN Golfer of the Week Award.
The Owls are in action at the Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic (Apr. 11-13) in Athens, Georgia.
