Game Day Storylines
• The Owls are looking their third ASUN tournament win in program history, after recorded victories in 2011 and in 2017.
• Amani Johnson captured the ASUN Freshman of the Year award. She is third Owl in a row to win the award after Carlotta Gianolla won it in 2016-17 and Kamiyah Street earned it last season.
• Kamiyah Street was named to the ASUN First Team All-Conference list, which is just the second time in program history that a Kennesaw State player has been named to the first team.
• This is the fifth matchup in the ASUN Tournament between these two programs. The Hatters are the Owls most popular foe in postseason play. The last time these programs met was in 2017 in the semifinals, a game that the Hatters took 78-48.
• This could be the first road win for the Owls this season. During the regular season the Owls failed to capture a true road win.
• 2019 is the third time that Kennesaw State has represented the No. 7 seed in the ASUN Championship Tournament.
• KSU is looking for its first win against Stetson this season.
• Kamiyah Street comes into the tournament having shot 507 times this season, which is a program record.
• The Owls recorded their largest margin of victory in program history over an ASUN conference opponent versus Lipscomb.
• Kennesaw State is the only program with two players in the top-15 in the country in minutes per game.
• Kamiyah Street was featured on ESPN Sportcenter's Top 10 plays (No. 9) with her last-second shot to force overtime against North Alabama. She won ASUN Player of the week on Feb. 25 for her play against UNA and FGCU.

Opponent Notes
• Stetson is currently 16-14 on the season and is coming into Friday's contest having dropped two out of it's last three games. The Hatters sole win came against Kennesaw State. Stetson has lost to FGCU and North Florida.
• The Hatters have three players that average double-digit points. Stetson is led by Sarah Sagerer who averages 14.8 points per game. Day'Neshia Banks averages 14.8, McKenna Beach pours in 13.0 points per contest.
• Stetson leads the ASUN in 3-point percentage, as the Hatters knock down 33.2 percentage of their 3-point attempts.
• Megan Vincent leads the conference in blocked shots with 61 total swats on the year.

Lipscomb Recap
• The Owls made an immaculate comeback on the Bisons after finding themselves down by 17 in the second half. With three minutes to go in the third period, the Bisons hit a pair of free throws to take the 52-35.
• Behind by three points with 1:36 to go in regulation, Street made a mid-range jumper to cut the lead to just a point. Johnson got fouled with six seconds to go in the fourth quarter, down by one point, and drained a free throw to tie the game and send it into overtime.
• Street opened the extra period with back-to-back jumpers to put the Owls ahead 64-60, but Lipscomb responded with a 6-1 run that gave the Bisons a one-point advantage. After trading baskets in the final 30 seconds, Lipscomb made a 3-pointer as time expired to win the game, 72-69.
• Poole's performance was impressive, as she ended with 22 points and 14 rebounds, while Street finished with 29 points, eight rebounds and three assists.
