Four Owls Post Solid Performances on Final Day of Florida Relays

Final Results

GAINESVILLE, Fla. - The Kennesaw State men's and women's track finished action at the Florida Relays at the Percy Beard Track Complex on Saturday.
 
 
Women's Top Performances
  • Julija Tarvide tied her own school record clearing 1.75m (5'8.75") in the high jump to finish second overall.

Men's Top Performances
  • Brenton Rosa finished 13th in the pole vault with a leap of 4.92m (16'1.75).
  • Tyler Blalock took sixth in the shot put with a personal-best toss of 17.08m (56'0.50"). That toss ranks second in program history.
  • Chuck McConville landed a personal-best throw of 16.52m (54'2.50") in the shot put to finish 10th.

 "We had some really solid performances over the last two days here in Florida. This weekend saw multiple school records fall and numerous personal-best performances.We are getting a little better every week."
