Match Previews
The Kennesaw State men's tennis squad returns home when it plays host to Jacksonville State on Tuesday (Mar.18) and Tennessee Tech on (Mar.19).
 
The Owls are looking to move to 4-1 at home after sweeping Belmont, Austin Peay and UCONN earlier this season.
 
Scouting Jacksonville State
Jacksonville State is 7-3 overall. The Gamecocks have lost three straight matches to East Carolina, Mercer and Chattanooga. Guillermo Agost is 6-2 in singles action and leads the Gamecocks.
 
Scouting Tennessee Tech
Tennessee Tech enters play at 4-10 overall. The Golden Eagles lost a pair of matches at Samford and UAB over the weekend. Wenceslao Albin paces the Golden Eagles with a 9-6 record this spring.
 
The Series
Tuesday's match marks the ninth meeting between Kennesaw State and Jacksonville State. The Owls and the Gamecocks have each won four meetings in the series.
 
KSU leads the all-time series with Tennessee Tech 2-0.

The Last Time Out
The Kennesaw State men's tennis team suffered a 4-3 setback to Gardner-Webb on Sunday (Mar.17) at the GWU Tennis Courts.
 
KSU won the doubles point collecting wins at No. 2 and No. 3. Fermin Calvo Barcelo and Gaston Muhammad defeated Stefano Puga and Breno Plenz 6-2. Lucas de Torres Curth and Sebastian Osorio took down Jacob Wall and Bonaventura Durall 6-4 at No. 3 to clinch the point.

GWU won the match securing wins in four of the six singles matches. Gaston Muhammad continued his strong play with a 7-5, 6-1 at No. 5 over Joahn Fors. Sebastian Osoriopicked up his second consecutive victory in three sets when he beat Ross Gilbert at No. 4 1-6, 6-4, 7-6.
