Round 3 Tee Times (PDF)
EATONTON, Ga. – The Kennesaw State men's golf team improved three shots from its opening round, posting a 2-over par 290 to move up one spot in the team standings following day two of the Linger Longer Invitational at the par-72, 6,991-yard The Landing Course at Reynolds Lake Oconee.
The Owls have a 36-hole total of 7-over par 583 and are 10th in the 15-team field that includes five teams ranked in Golfstat's top 25. Alabama, ranked 24th, turned in the best round of the tournament, carding a 12-under par 276 on Saturday and holds the second-round lead with a 12-under par total of 564. Georgia, Liberty and Louisville are tied for second with 8-under par totals of 568.
Freshman
Grant Sutliff shot an even-par 72 and is tied for 25th at 1-over 145, six shots behind a trio of players that includes JD Hughes (Penn State), Josh Sedeno (Alabama) and Alexandre Fuchs (Liberty), who are sharing the individual lead.
Senior
Wyatt Larkin (146; +2) is tied for 32nd, while junior
Connor Coffee (148; +4) and senior
Pablo Rodriguez-Tabernero Torres (149; +5) are tied for 47th and 51st, respectively. Sophomore
Brady Keran (152; +8) is tied for 64th.
Justin Kim (155; +11), who is playing as an individual, is tied for 74th, while senior
Adam Morris, also playing as an individual, was forced to withdraw due to an injury.
The Linger Longer Invitational concludes Sunday with play beginning at 8:30 a.m. (ET). Kennesaw State will be grouped with South Alabama and Tennessee and teeing off from the 10th hole. All the action can be followed live on the internet at
