KENNESAW, Ga. – Jordan Hewing of the Kennesaw State men's track and field team has been named a unanimous selection to the ASUN Conference Indoor Track and Field All-Academic team the conference announced Tuesday.
Hewing has 3.6 GPA major in information systems. He competed in six meets during the indoor season. The sophomore finished fourth in the 200m at the ETSU Track and Field Invitational with a time of 22.04. He finished fourth in the 400m with a career-best time of 49.98 at the Bulldog Invite. The Marietta, Georgia native took seventh in the 60m (7.08) and eighth in the 200m (22.01) at the ASUN Championships. He helped the Owls earn the bronzed medal in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:17.84 at the ASUN Championships.
The Owls open the outdoor season March 15-16 at the Yellow Jacket Invitational hosted by Georgia Tech.
