Head Coach Adam Bray on the Teams Performances Today
On the women's team …
"Today was a great effort by our ladies. Sarah Hendrick and Katie Meyer both had tremendous improvements from last year. Sarah improved 100 plus places and significantly ran faster than last year. Katie Meyer was able to improve about a minute on her time from last year. Ella and Hope both gained good experience that will help them moving forward."

On the men's team …
"The guys raced really well today. For all three it was their first ever 10k which can be a daunting task. I feel like they have had a great year and I'm excited to see what they can do on the track in the spring."

On the season overall…
"For our first cross country season together here at KSU I feel like we had a lot of success in a short period of time! I'm excited about our recruiting class as well as the athletes we have here already. Kennesaw State cross country is certainly on the rise!"

The Owls will now shift their focus to the track as the indoor track season begins on Saturday (Dec. 6) at the Clemson Opener.
