Tallahassee Regional Tickets
KENNESAW, Ga. – On the heels of the program's first ASUN Tournament championship and NCAA Division I Softball Championship appearance, Kennesaw State will carry a program-best No. 34 RPI ranking into this week's Tallahassee Regional.
Â
"This (ranking) is another benchmark for our program," head coachÂ
Pete D'Amour said. "In two years we have improved 90 spots in the RPI, which is pretty remarkable. Kennesaw State has all the ingredients to have a successful softball program. We are fortunate to have good facilities, warm weather, support from our administration, a competitive conference, and a huge local talent pool.
Â
"We understand this is a great milestone, but we still have a lot of work to do to keep competing at a high level," D'Amour added.
Â
The Owls, who have captured the ASUN regular season and conference titles in the same season for the first time in program history, are currently 39-15. KSU posted a 3-0 record at last week's ASUN Championship, defeating Jacksonville (8-3), Florida Gulf Coast (4-2) and defending conference champion USC Upstate (8-4).
Â
Kennesaw State enters the Tallahassee Regional as the No. 3 seed and will take on No. 2 seed Auburn (40-15) Friday at JoAnne Graf Field at the Seminole Softball Complex. First pitch is scheduled for noon and will be broadcast on ESPN+. The regional also includes No. 6 national seed Florida State (47-10) and Jacksonville State (33-23).
Â
Tickets for the regional can be purchased through the Florida State Athletics ticket office and online by clickingÂ
here. Regional all-session passes are priced at $25 for adults, $15 for berm seating, and $15 for seniors and youth (2-18).
