Final Score
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Kennesaw State women's tennis team came up on the short end of a 4-0 loss at North Florida on Saturday (Apr.7) at the UNF Tennis Complex.
UNF won two doubles matches and came out on top in each of the three singles contests that were completed.
Alexandra Mercado battled tough in singles. She won her opening set 6-4 before dropping the second set 2-6 before her match was called in the third set.
After dropping her first set,
Jada Tijani was able to win her second set 6-2 before her match was also called in the third set.
The Owls (1-14) are next in action on Thursday (Apr.12) when it host NJIT for Senior Day at 12 p.m. on the Betty Siegel Courts.
