Jessica Cantrell paced the Kennesaw State women's tennis team in a 5-2 loss to Austin Peay on Sunday.
"I am happy for Jessica," Assistant Head Coach
Miranda Foley said. "She fought hard to win a match over a good player that she faced many times in her junior career. As a team, I was disappointed in our execution. I am looking forward to getting back out there in front of our fans at home on Tuesday.
Cantrell toppled Ana Albertson, 6-3, 6-4 at No.4 singles.
