GAMEDAY STORYLINES
• Kennesaw State (4-9, 0-2) concludes a weekend trip to Florida when it visits Jacksonville (12-5, 2-0) in an ASUN Conference game on Monday (Jan. 15). Tip-off is 1 p.m. and the game will be available on ESPN3. Â
• The Owls will be in search of their first conference victory after opening ASUN action with back-to-back setbacks to Lipscomb (64-62) and North Florida (77-72). KSU will try to avoid its first 0-3 conference start since the 2012-13 season.
• Jacksonville is coming off a 70-48 home victory over Lipscomb on Saturday and enters Monday's contest on a three-game winning streak.
• The Dolphins have had the upper hand against the Owls in recent years, winning the last nine meetings against the Owls dating back to the 2013-14 season.Â
• Balanced scoring has highlighted the Owls' last six games as four players are averaging in double figures. Freshman Kamiyah Street (19.5) leads KSU, followed by Carlotta Gianolla (12.8), Alexis Poole (12.7) and Clara Young (10.0). Poole is nearly averaging a double-double as she is also contributing 9.8 rebounds a game.
• Kamiyah Street became the first Owls' player to receive ASUN weekly honors this season when she was selected Freshman of the Week on Dec. 5. She followed that recognition by being named ASUN Player and Freshman of the Week on Dec. 19 and is the reigning conference Freshman of the Week after being honored for her performance versus Lipscomb.
• The 2017-18 season marks Kennesaw State's 13th at the NCAA Division I level and the Owls are 137-230 (.373) since the 2005-06 season. Â
• Head coach Agnus Berenato, who is in her 31st season as a Division I head coach, is in her second year leading the Owls. She has an all-time career record of 458-442 (.509).

Jonathan Scruggs will serve as a guest coach and have a seat on the bench when Kennesaw State visits Jacksonville on Monday. Scruggs is currently working as an attorney for the federal government.
