Coach Poteet on the Teams Performances Today
"It's a process to get where you want to be, performance wise, and our runners took steps forward today in that process.
The women all ran better than last week on a tough course. Caitlyn continues to lead us, and her times are well ahead of last year. Everyone ran more aggressive and smart.
The guys stayed in a good pack for most of the race, and Ben Patterson is showing he has tremendous, un-tapped talent. Jordan Hand is running stronger than last year, and Logan will be fine once he gets the rust off from sitting out a year.
Anytime you win a meet as a team, it's something to be proud of and grow with."

Kennesaw State Head Coach David Poteet
