Quotable
"With over five weeks of practice and qualifying under our belts, since the fall semester commenced, we are more than ready to start competing this week. The team played 11 qualifying rounds throughout the start of season and the standard of play has been exceptional. We have seen different players step up each round and the depth I anticipate from this squad is exciting. The Furman event is a regular on our schedule, and always one of my favorites to participate in. The course sets up well for us and the greens are similar to what we've seen in practice. There is an energy about this team that is contagious and I can't wait to tee up on Friday and get our 2017/18 campaign started."
