BRACKET | CHAMPIONSHIP INFO | FGCU TENNIS COMPLEX

KENNESAW, Ga. – The field is set for the 2017 ASUN Women's Tennis Championship, and Kennesaw State enters the tournament with the No. 6-seed. The Owls battle NJIT Friday at 12 p.m. in the first round.
 
The tournament is hosted by Florida Gulf Coast at the FGCU Tennis Complex, with the host Eagles holding the No. 1-seed. North Florida is No. 2, followed by No. 3 NJIT, No. 4 Stetson, No. 5 Lipscomb, No. 6 Kennesaw State.
 
The Owls (5-14, 1-5), who earned a tournament berth for the seventh time in the last eight years, will battle the third-seeded Highlanders for the right to play No. 2 North Florida in the semifinals. NJIT beat KSU, 5-2, earlier this season in Newark, N.J.

Friday's other first-round match is Stetson vs. Lipscomb, with the winner playing FGCU in the semifinals. The championship match is set for Sunday at 10 a.m. and will be live on ESPN3.
