Heptathlon Results | Decathlon Results

Oxford, Miss. – Six members of the Kennesaw State men's and women's track teams wrapped up action in the decathlon and heptathlon in rainy and wet conditions at the Joe Walker Invitational at the Ole Miss Track and Field Complex.
   
Combined Events
Women's Heptathlon

• Jordan Gray won the heptathlon with a school-record 5733 points.
• The 5733 points ranks her number three in the NCAA this outdoor season.
• Gray collected two wins and grabbed a second-place finish in the final three events.
• She won the long jump after leaping 5.54m (18'2.25m).
• She had a personal-best throw of 37.04m (121'6.50) in the javelin to win the event.
• The redshirt sophomore had three top-three program marks in the heptathlon in the event Saturday morning.
• Senior Shakedra Robinson finished second with 4476 points which is tenth most in program history.
• She finished second in the javelin after landing a throw of 31.84m (104'5.75).
• Freshman Jessica Watkins finished fourth with 4206 points.

Men's Decathlon

• Joshua Mulder finished second in the decathlon with 6201 points.
•  He won the 110m hurdles in 14.89 seconds and also collected second place finishes on the final day of the event.
• Freshman David Lott finished fourth with 6007 points.
• He won the 1500m with a time of 4:49.44.
• Freshman Paris Williams grabbed fifth place with 5961 points.

The Owls will travel to Gainesville, Florida to compete in the Pepsi Florida Relays March 30 – April 1 at the James G. Pressly Stadium at Percy Beard Track.
