KENNESAW, Ga. – Head coach Bryant Odom, whose Kennesaw State men's golf team has won back-to-back ASUN Conference titles, announced the signing of three individuals to National Letters-of-Intent during the early signing period, it was announced on Wednesday (Nov. 15).
 
Rob Howard (Acworth, Ga. / North Cobb Christian High School), Connor Rostowsky (Kennesaw, Ga. / Mount Paran High School) and Grant Sutliff (Suwanee, Ga. / Lambert High School) will enroll at Kennesaw State next fall.
 
"Collectively, this group of signees brings a lot of depth and talent to the team while strengthening our foundation and providing a competitive and positive-minded approach that will lead to success on the course and in the classroom," Odom said. "These guys have spent a lot of time playing golf together and establishing personal relationships, and I know they are all excited to start their college careers at KSU."

Rob Howard (Acworth, Ga. / North Cobb Christian School)
Ranked in the top 150 nationally among 2018 junior golfers . . . Enjoyed a productive career at North Cobb Christian High School in Kennesaw, Ga. . . . Earned a top 10 Georgia state ranking . . . Shot a 68 to win the Georgia State high school individual championship as a junior . . . Tabbed all-state, Marietta Daily Journal Player of the Year and team Most Valuable Player . . . Carded a 69 to win high school sectionals as a sophomore, named All-Cobb County by the Marietta Daily Journal and team MVP .  .  .  Helped North Cobb Christian to the state championship and earned All-Cobb County honors as a freshman.
 
Odom on Howard
"Robert's strength on the golf course comes from his consistent and accurate ball striking. He is the type of player that you can rely on for steady rounds and posting a lot of counting scores in team competition. He is currently ranked 11th in the state of Georgia for the 2018 class."
 
Connor Rostowsky (Kennesaw, Ga. / Mount Paran Christian School)
Standout performer at Mount Paran Christian School in Kennesaw . . . A two-time All-Cobb County first team selection by the Marietta Daily Journal . . . Helped Mount Paran to regional championships in each of his first three seasons . . . Named all-state and Marietta Daily Journal Player of the Year in 2016 . . . Contributed to six team tournament titles . . . Captured individual titles at the 2016 Rome Junior Classic and 2017 Cobb Invitational . . . Has competed in numerous American Junior Golf Association (AJGA), Southeast Junior Golf Tour (SJGT) and Georgia Junior Golf Association (GJGA) tournaments.

Grant Sutliff (Suwanee, Ga. / Lambert High School)
Currently ranked third in the state of Georgia and 124th nationally among the 2018 class . . . Enjoyed a successful career at Lambert High School in Suwanee, Ga. . . . Had a strong junior campaign that included a runner-up finish at the Georgia 7A State Championships, while helping the Longhorns to a second place finish . . . Earned All-Forsyth County honors . . . Contributed to Lambert High's 2016 state runner-up showing and state championship in 2015 . . . A veteran junior player who competed in AJGA, SJGT, GSJA, USGA and NCGA events . . . A three-year Southeast Junior Golf Tour member . . . Competed in three Georgia-South Carolina Team Match Play Championships.
 
Odom on Sutliff
"Grant is a very competitive, well-rounded player with the ability to shoot low scores. He works very hard on his golf game and his dedication carries over into his fitness. He is currently ranked third in the state of Georgia and 124th nationally for the 2018 class."  
 
After a successful fall season that included a pair of runner-up finishes and a No. 46 Golfstat ranking, Kennesaw State will open its spring schedule at the Mobile Sports Authority Collegiate Invitational in Mobile, Ala. on Feb. 12.
