KENNESAW, Ga. -- Kennesaw State has announced that every home athletic event in the sports of baseball, softball and lacrosse will air live on either ESPN3 or ASUN.TV this coming season. In total, the Owl Network will produce 81 home events this spring, with 23 of those airing on ESPN3.
 
On ESPN3, Kennesaw State will produce the 2017 Spring Football Game on Friday, March 24 at 7 p.m., along with 11 home baseball games, seven home softball games and four home lacrosse games. The remainder of KSU's home events in those sports can be seen live, free of charge, on ASUN.TV.

To date in 2016-17, the Owl Network has aired 37 live home events in football, soccer, volleyball, men's and women's basketball on either Peachtree TV, ESPN3 or ASUN.TV, totaling nearly 115 hours of live programming.
 
"We're thrilled to provide such a comprehensive broadcast schedule for our spring sports," said Mike DeGeorge, Assistant AD for Communications and Broadcasting. "This is tremendous exposure for our programs, and it's obviously important for our coaches, our student-athletes and their families. We continue to emphasize the development of our digital media infrastructure, and it wouldn't be possible without the efforts of producers Matt Sims, Amy Emery and our entire Owl Network staff."

In baseball, the reigning ASUN regular-season champion Owls host a key late-season ASUN series versus Florida Gulf Coast that airs on ESPN3, along with two games of a conference series against Jacksonville. Head coach Mike Sansing also sees his team on ESPN3 for a marquee non-conference home series versus Oklahoma, and midweek tilts versus Georgia Tech, Auburn and Georgia.
 
The softball slate on ESPN3 include full coverage of the Owls' ASUN series versus Jacksonville at Bailey Park, along with one game of the Florida Gulf Coast series. A pair of home games versus Michigan State and a match-up with East Tennessee State round out the ESPN3 schedule for first-year head coach Pete D'Amour's club.
 
In lacrosse, a marquee home game versus Notre Dame highlights the ESPN3 slate, while key ASUN home games against Mercer, Delaware State and Howard will be shown on the ESPN3 platform for first-year head coach Laura Maness's team.

ESPN3 is ESPN's live multi-screen sports network, a destination that delivers thousands of exclusive sports events annually. It is accessible on computers, smartphones, tablets and connected devices through WatchESPN. The network is currently available nationwide at no additional cost to fans who receive their high-speed Internet connection or video subscription from an affiliated service provider. It is also available at no cost to U.S. college students and U.S.-based military personnel via computers, smartphones and tablets connected to on-campus educational and on-base military broadband and Wi-Fi networks.
