I missed the deadline, what's my next step?Don't worry, there's still time! We put a deadline in place to encourage existing season tickets to renew by that date. Renewing by the deadline locks your seat locations in for the following season and also earns you Owls Fund Bonus Priority Points that go towards upgraded parking, and the first opportunity to purchase postseason tickets, etc.
By not renewing on time, you run the risk of having your seats released and possibly reassigned to patrons on our growing waiting list! Thanks to our success on the field, we're fortunate to have rapidly-growing waiting lists for both new season tickets and those wanting to upgrade their seats.
Â
I've renewed, now what?Once you pay for your tickets, you'll next need to pay your full Owls Fund donation by June 30. Having your Owls Fund balance paid in full by that date will again keep your seats and your account in good standing.
Â
What is the difference between the Owls Fund pledge deadline and the Owls Fund donation deadline? The pledge deadline is March 15, which corresponds to the season-ticket renewal deadline. The pledge is your donation commitment for the upcoming year, which allows us to forecast scholarships and other resources to help maintain the Department of Athletics commitment to success.
The donation deadline is June 30, and is the date your pledge must be paid in full. Payment plans are available by contacting the Owls Fund Office.
Â
When will parking be assigned?Expect your parking lot assignments to arrive in early April. Remember, parking lot determinations are based on Owls Fund Priority Points.
Â
If I'm on a waiting list to upgrade my seats, when will I receive notification? You can expect that communication in early April.
Â
If I'm on a waiting list for new season tickets, when will that come out? That information will be communicated by mid-April. All new season tickets purchases will be based on your Owls Fund Priority Points.
Â
What are Priority Points? The Owls Fund uses a Priority Points System to help fairly allocate donor benefits, rewarding both loyalty and level of support. Donors receive points based on their current contributions (1 point for every $100 given), consecutive years of giving and engagement with Kennesaw State Athletics and the University.
With the point total, the Owls Fund can rank all donors to fairly determine seat locations for football, basketball, and special events.
Â
How are Priority Points used?Priority Points are used to fairly allocate donor benefits, such as season ticket and parking locations for football and post-season competitions. The Owls Fund will rank all donors based on their Priority Points Total. For football, Priority Points will determine your ability to relocate season tickets and the order in which new football season ticket holders will be able to choose seats.
