SECOND ROUND RESULTS (PDF) | SECOND ROUND RESULTS (HTML) | THIRD ROUND TEE TIMES (PDF) | LIVE SCORING GREENVILLE, S.C. – After turning in the third lowest team round of the day, the Kennesaw State women's golf team jumped three spots and moved into eighth place following the second round at the 2015 Lady Paladin Invitational on Monday (Sept. 21) at the par-72, 6,313-yard Furman University Golf Course.
The Owls posted their lowest round of the season with a four-over par score of 292 and sit at 25-over par with a two-round total of 601.
Freshman
Medy Thavong leads the Owls individually, sitting in a tie for 15th with a three-over par total of 147 after draining four birdies for an even-par 72 in her second round. Junior
Laura Estefenn registered KSU's first sub-par round of the year with a one-under par 71 with three birdies on the day and is tied for 21st with a four-over total of 148.
Sophomore
Henriette Nielsen and junior
Dulcie Sverdloff each rebounded from their opening round scores as Nielsen recorded a two-over par 74 on day two and is tied for 48th with a 10-over par 154 total. Sverdloff turned in a three-over par 75 on Monday and is tied for 68th with a 13-over par total of 157. Rounding out the Owls was freshman
Charlotte Charrayre with a six-over par 78 and is tied for 57th with an 11-over par score of 155.
Freshman
Clara Aveling, playing as an individual, continued her steady play with 16 pars en route to her second-straight two-over par 74 and is tied for 21st with a four-over par total of 148.
Wake Forest owns the 36-hole lead in the 17-team event following an even-par 288 and owns a one-stroke lead over Missouri with a four-over par total of 581. Clemson's Alice Hewson continues to lead all individuals with a four-under par two-round total of 140 after carding a one-over par score of 73 on Monday.
The Owls will finish play at the Lady Paladin Invitational with the third and final round on Tuesday (Sept. 22) with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. ET. Live scoring for the third round is available
