KENNESAW, Ga. – Still in search of its first conference win for the 2015 dual-match season, the Kennesaw State women's tennis team (1-11) travels to Highland Heights, Ky. this week to take on Northern Kentucky before hosting Lipscomb at Fair Oaks Park. The match against Northern Kentucky is scheduled for Thursday (Apr. 2) at 2 p.m. ET while the match against Lipscomb is set for Saturday (Apr. 4) at 10 a.m. ET.

KSU traveled to North Florida last week to take on the Ospreys and hosted South Florida for an out-of-conference match. On Thursday, the Owls fell to UNF 4-0. The match was cut short due to inclement weather after the Ospreys clinched the match with four points.

On Sunday, KSU took on the South Florida Bulls. The Owls came up short in a 5-2 loss during the contest, but not before the Black and Gold claimed the doubles point at the No. 1 and No. 3 positions and showed a bit of life in singles play by posting a win at the No. 1 position.Â

Northern KentuckyÂ
Northern Kentucky, led by head coach Brian Nester, currently holds a record of 5-10 on the dual-match season and sits 0-3 in Atlantic Sun play. The Owls hold a 2-0 all-time record against NKU after dominating the Norse 7-0 for two straight years.

Northern Kentucky come into this week after falling 7-0 to Stetson on Thursday (Mar. 26) and taking another 7-0 loss to FGCU on Saturday (Mar. 28).

LipscombÂ
Lipscomb, led by head coach Jamie Aid, has an overall record of 9-9 on the season and holds a record of 0-3 in the Atlantic Sun. KSU is 5-2 all-time against the Bison, with Lipscomb topping the Owls 5-2 in the last meeting.

The Bison will face USC Upstate on Wednesday (Apr. 1) in Nashville, Tenn. Before traveling to Marietta, Ga. to battle KSU on Saturday (Apr. 4).Â
