KENNESAW, Ga. – The Kennesaw State men's tennis team returns to the courts on Saturday (Feb. 8) when it hosts South Carolina State at Fair Oaks Park in Marietta beginning at 2 p.m.

The Owls (1-2) return home after a1-1 weekend road trip to Greenville, NC. on Jan. 25 and Jan. 26. KSU handled Longwood, 6-1, before suffering a 6-1 loss at East Carolina. Â

Eduardo Rincon looks to coach is team to another win as the Owls seek to even their season record.
"The Bulldogs will bring a team that won the MEAC Conference title last year and advanced to the NCAA Tournament," Rincon said. "Our team has been working hard during the last two weeks and looking forward to competing against South Carolina State on Saturday."Â

Saturday's contest will be the lone home match for the Owls before they begin a stretch of six straight road matches.

The Bulldogs are coming off a 16-4 overall record in 2013, including a 3-1 mark in the MEAC. South Carolina State captured the conference tournament championship and advanced to the NCAA Tournament.

South Carolina State is currently 0-2 on the season after falling 4-2 at William and Mary on Saturday (Feb. 1).Â
