Yorsh Wins in Straight Sets as Owls Suffer 6-1 Setback to Lipscomb

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Kennesaw State men’s tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision to Lipscomb on Thursday, March 28 at the Huston-Marsh-Griffith Tennis Center.
 
KSU falls to 3-12 on the season and 0-4 in the Atlantic Sun Conference, while LU improves to 5-8 and 1-2 in the league.
 
Freshman Maksim Yorsh provided the lone Owl point with a 6-2, 7-6 win over David Salazar at No. 2 singles.
 
Kennesaw State continues its road trip in Highland Heights, Ky., on Saturday, March 30 as the Owls face conference newcomer Northern Kentucky for the first time in program history. First serve is set for 1 p.m. (ET).
