TUCSON, Ariz. – Senior
Peder Lunde Hermansson is tied for third at the Arizona Intercollegiate after second round play was suspended due to darkness at the Vistoso Golf Club, a par 71, 6,932-yard layout.
After finishing round one at one-under-par, 71, Hermansson sits four-under-par with holes still to play in the second round. His efforts has the team in eighth place at 11-over-par, just 10 strokes out of the top-five in a deep and talented field.
Monday’s conditions brought winds of up to 25 mph as a field that included 10 top-100 programs in the Golfstat.com rankings and two top-five teams struggled to break par.
Sophomore
Jimmy Beck is seeking his fifth consecutive top-20 finish as he is tied for 18th at two-over-par. Both tied for 45th, sophomore
Austin Vick and junior
