The Bobbie Bailey Athletic Complex is the home of the two-time NCAA national champion Owls and is widely considered one of the premiere softball facilities in the southeast. The complex, which is home to historic Owl Field, opened on February 7, 2004 with a 3-2 come from behind win over Tusculum. The facility is named for Dr. M. Bobbie Bailey, one of the KSU community's most generous contributors and most ardent supporter of women's athletics.
The complex is complete with seating for nearly 750 and features a first-class club and press area located behind home plate.
Fan friendly with excellent sight lines, the complex has a first-rate concession area and a fan pavilion located directly behind home plate with picnic tables.

<b>Bobbie Bailey Complex< b>
<img border="0" src="images bailey 01.jpg" align="right">Along with Stillwell Stadium, the Bobby Bailey Complex serves as the home for Kennesaw State Softball. Built in 2003, this beautiful building contains a fully functional locker room, a player lounge complete with four internet-accessible computers and a flat-screen television, a state-of-the art weight room, and a first-class training room.
Situated directly in between the baseball field and the softball field, the $3.5-million building is also the home of the KSU coaching staff's offices, a reception area, and the Teasley Presidential Suite, which can be used as a private meeting room or a hospitality area during home baseball games.

Overlooking historic Owl Field, supporters of the softball program can purchase tickets down the first base line in luxurious chairback seats above the Kennesaw State dugout. The porch also has outdoor tables available for corporate outings and catering.

<b>KSU Softball Player Lounge< b>
<img border="0" src="images bailey 12.jpg" align="right">Whether the need is for studying or just simply relaxing after a tough practice, the KSU Softball Player Lounge provides the Owls with a place strictly to themselves.
Located adjacent to the softball locker room on the first floor of the Bobbie Bailey Complex, the lounge is equipped with four state-of-the-art Dell Computers with high-speed internet connection. A top-of-the-line flat-screen television sits in one corner, surrounded by plush sofas and couches made just for relaxing.

<b>Locker Room< b>
<img border="0" src="images bailey 11.jpg" align="right">The KSU Softball locker room offers the Owls a place unique to themselves. Made of the finest wood with a beautiful finish, each locker contains a space to hang clothing or uniforms, a shelf for smaller items, and a compartment for any loose or personal items that can be locked if needed.
A bronze plaque engraved with that player's name and hometown is located above each locker.
A full lavatory complete with several showering areas is located just next to the locker room.

<b>Weight Room< b>
<img border="0" src="images bailey 08.jpg" align="right">Located on the ground floor across from the training room, the Bobbie Bailey weight room is a state-of-the-art facility complete with all the amenities a student-athlete could want.
Free weights and lifting benches sit on the left side along with two treadmills, while a squatting bench and two lifting machines are located on the right. Fitness balls and weighted ball racks can be found in the opposite corners.

<b>Training Room< b>
<img border="0" src="images bailey 09.jpg" align="right">The athletic training room in the Bobbie Bailey Complex offers the baseball and softball teams the very best in training equipment.
Complete with two full-size tables, the training room offers electronic stimulation and ultrasound capabilities as well as all the normal components of an athletic training facility. Run by one of the best athletic training staffs in collegiate athletics, the room also offers state-of-the-art hydrotherapy tanks and heating packs.
