Put together an overall record of 90-67; over his last four campaigns, SPSU was 85-55 overall, averaging 21.3 victories per season; led his 2009-10 team to the program's first appearance and only victory ever at the NAIA Division I national tournament after winning the SSAC Tournament title for the first time; the 2009-10 squad set school records for most wins (30), best winning percentage (.857, 30-5) and best start to a season (16-0); SSAC Coach of the Year, Women's Basketball Coaches Association NAIA Regional Coach of the Year and WBCA NAIA National Coach of the Year in 2010.
