Led SPSU's first team in goals (16) and points (35) when honored as the 2007 SSAC Newcomer of the Year; holds single-season school records for goals (19), points (44) and shots on goal (55), all set in 2008; NAIA Honorable Mention All-American in 2008 and two-time first team all-conference; SSAC Player of the Year and Offensive Player of the Year in 2008; professional player since 2009 who is currently a member of Major League Soccer's Montreal Impact; since 2011, he has played in 62 MLS matches with 58 starts as a center back; played with the Gambian National Team during the 2014 World Cup qualifier.
