 Helped initiate Southern Poly's women's basketball and men's soccer programs, which began play while she was the president; also during her presidency, SPSU teams participated in NAIA national events 21 times, captured 10 conference tournament titles and claimed six conference regular-season crowns; as with Koger, many of the University's top student-athletes, coaches and teams competed while she was the president.
