Accessible Seating
Wheelchair Seating and Easy Access Seats are available in all ticketed venues on a first come, first served basis. Companion seating is available on a one-to-one ratio. Companions with individuals in wheelchairs or motorized mobility scooters will be provided a folding chair in which to sit.

To obtain accessible seating for a ticketed athletic event, please contact the Athletics Ticket Office at 770-423-6957 at your earliest convenience.

Lost/Misplaced Tickets
For lost or misplaced season tickets, the Athletics Ticket Office may re-issue tickets to the ticket-holder of record only. For season tickets that have been lost in the mail or stolen, contact the Athletics Ticket Office at 770-423-6957 for replacement information.

GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION

There are no refunds or exchanges. Everyone, above age 2, must have a ticket to enter any Kennesaw State
ticketed athletics event. PHOTO I.D. is required to pick up tickets at Will Call.


GAMEDAY SALES AND WILL CALL 
Everyone, above the age of 2, must have a ticket to enter. Will Call tickets that have not been picked up prior to game day will be available at the venue. Purchasers must present a valid photo I.D. when picking up pre-purchased tickets.

Soccer: Fifth Third Bank Stadium Ticket Office is open one hour prior to kickoff until the end of halftime. Will call also opens 60 minutes prior to kickoff.

Lacrosse: Fifth Third Bank Stadium Ticket Office is open one hour prior to kickoff until the end of halftime. Will call also opens 60 minutes prior to kickoff.

Basketball: Convocation Center Ticket Office opens one hour prior to tip-off. Will call also opens 60 minutes prior to tip-off. You must have a ticket to enter

Volleyball:  KSU Convocation Center Ticket Office opens one hour prior to tip-off. Will call also opens 60 minutes prior to tip-off. 

Baseball: Stillwell Baseball Stadium Ticket Office opens one hour prior to first-pitch.

Softball: Bailey Softball Complex Ticket Office opens one hour prior to first-pitch.


Tennis: Home Tennis matches are played at Fair Oaks Tennis Center and admission is free. Click Here for directions to Fair Oaks Tennis Center from Kennesaw State.


FACULTY & STAFF TICKETS
Kennesaw State University faculty and staff receive comp-admission to KSU athletic events for the 2012-13 season.  Faculty and staff may order tickets in advance by calling 770-423-6957 or at the ticket windows beginning one hour before scheduled game time.  Faculty and staff are eligible for one admission.  Additional tickets can be purchased adjacet to complementary tickets if available.

In concordance with the Atlantic Sun Conference and its member institutions, Kennesaw State is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all fans. We want all event attendees to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. When attending an event, you are required to refrain from the following behaviors:

• Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature.
• Intoxication or other signs of impairment that results in irresponsible behavior.
• Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
• Interference with the progress of the event (including throwing objects onto the playing surface).
• Failing to follow instructions of event personnel.
• Verbal or physical harassment of participants, officials, fans or event personnel.

Event attendees are responsible for their conduct. Event staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where fans can enjoy the event free from the above behavior. Event attendees that violate these provisions may be subject to ejection without refund and loss of ticket privileges for future events.
