Cross Country

Competed in two meets … posted a time of 20:35.00 at the JSU Struts Season Opener placing 20th … had a season-best time on the Queen City Invitational placing 91st in a time of 19:32.

As a Freshman (2017-18)
Cross Country

Competed in five meets ... finished 29th at the Stan Sims Invitational 20:28.7 ... finished 23rd at the Foothills Invitational in 19:46.10 ... closed out her season finishing 27th at the ASUN Championships in a time of 19:33.5.

Prep: Ran her last three years at Kell after one year at West Forsyth ... opened her senior season with a second-place finish at the Bob Blastow Early Bird in 19:03.93 ... as a junior, she collected six top-10 finishes in eight meets including a sixth-place finish in the Region 6-AAAAAA Championships ... as a sophomore, she competed in eight races and finished second in the Region 7-AAAAA Cross Country Championships ... in track, Poteet competes in the 400m, 800m and 1600m ... she won the Region-6 AAAAAA Championships in the 800m as a junior.

Personal: Born February 28, 1999 to David Poteet and Meredith Campbell ... her father David is the head cross country coach at KSU ... has one brother, Logan, who is on the men's cross country team at KSU.
