Despite the school being closed, the game will still be played as scheduled.
The Owls are 0-3 and will be looking for their first ASUN victory against Stetson, who sits at 2-1 in conference play.
Kennesaw State had its largest victory of the season against Stetson last year in the KSU Convocation Center.
The All-Time Series Against Stetson
The Owls hold a 13-11 record over the Hatters after winning six of the last seven meetings between the two teams.
Last year in the Convocation Center, KSU jumped out in dominating fashion leading by 27 points at halftime. The Owls clinched the game by 19 earning their largest margin of victory in their ASUN season.
Scouting Stetson
Stetson holds a 10-10 record and is off to a 2-1 start in ASUN play after defeating USC Upstate and NJIT this past weekend at home.
The Hatters are led by Divine Myles and Angel Rivera once again. Myles leads the team averaging 16.6 points per game and has had some success against the Owls before.
Stetson is led by Corey Williams in his fifth season.
Defense Coming Around
Against Jacksonville and North Florida, the Owls forced 17 turnovers. That is the second most turnovers that KSU has forced this season in any games.
In the first two ASUN games, the Owls have had nine steals against Lipscomb and Jacksonville. Against North Florida, the team had eight steals. Through the three games, KSU leads the ASUN averaging 8.7 steals per game.
Getting to the Free Throw Line
In ASUN action, Kennesaw State has averaged getting to the line 22.0 times through the first three games.
The Owls are not only getting to the line at a high clip, but they're third in the ASUN making 74.2 percent of their attempts.
Earlier in the season, Kennesaw State was aggressive taking the ball to the basket against Bethune-Cookman and it paid off as the Owls got to the free throw line 42 times with 36 of those opportunities coming in the second half.
Going to the line 42 times is the most since Kennesaw State went to the charity stripe 44 times against Chattanooga during the 2014-15 season. In that game against the Mocs, the Owls made 34 free throws.
Forcing Turnovers
In conference play, the Owls lead the ASUN in turnover margin with +4.0. They have averaged 12.7 turnovers per game and have forced an average of 16.7 turnovers per game.
Along with not turning the ball over, the Owls are also sharing the ball.
Bench Provides a Lift
Against North Florida, the Owls were in some foul trouble early and went to their bench and they provided a lift scoring 20 of the teams 34 first half points.
The group was facing a deficit when they came into the game and brought the Owls back to within one at halftime.
The Owls bench scored 44 points in the game against Carver, which was a season high.
Kennesaw State's bench has scored more than 40 points in two games this season with the other one being at Florida State.
