KENNESAW, Ga. – With Hurricane Irma forecasted to impact the state of Florida this weekend, the Kennesaw State Athletics Association is inviting those residents displaced by the storm to attend Saturday night's football game as guests of the Owls.
 
The Owls announced all Florida residents can receive a complimentary ticket to Saturday night's 7 p.m. game versus Tennessee Tech at Fifth Third Bank Stadium. Those affected may call 470-KSU-OWLS today or come to the stadium ticket office Saturday, show a valid Florida identification and receive a complimentary ticket. Guests accompanied by their children will also receive a ticket for the kids. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
 
"This is a difficult time for many and our prayers are with those in the path of the storm," said interim director of athletics Matt Griffin. "We know many are seeking shelter here in northwest Georgia, and it's our hope that we can offer them a few hours of college football at Fifth Third Bank Stadium as our guests."
 
Fans looking to receive a complimentary ticket are encouraged to park in the Grey Lot ($15 on gameday).
 
All lots will open at 2 p.m. on Saturday, with the Fan Zone outside the stadium opening at 4 p.m. The "Owl Walk" occurs at the corner of George Busbee Parkway and Big Shanty Road outside the stadium at 5 p.m. Stadium gates open at 6 p.m.
