KENNESAW, Ga. -- The Kennesaw State Department of Athletics has announced that the football game on Sept. 30 versus North Greenville will be a "Gold Out." The Owls are encouraging fans to wear gold to the game, matching the uniform color the team will wear that day.
In an Open Letter to KSU students today, head coach
Brian Bohannon thanked the student body for providing an electric atmosphere at Saturday night's home opener and offered to provide the students with 2,000 gold Adidas shirts to the Sept. 30 game. The first 2,000 KSU students in the stadium for 3:30 p.m. game will be given a free t-shirt.
To order your gold gear for the "Gold Out," visit Shop.KSUOwls.com or visit the KSU Bookstore on campus. Every Monday following a game, the KSU Bookstore offers 5% off for every touchdown scored by the Owls (up to 35% off).
Fifth Third Bank is the Official Bank of Kennesaw State Athletics. Fifth Third Bank Stadium, the signature athletics landmark on the Kennesaw State University campus, is a world-class facility that has been recognized as one of the premier multi-use outdoor athletics venues in the country. In the fall of 2015, it become the official home of Owls football team and is home to Owls soccer and lacrosse as well.
