KENNESAW, Ga. – The Department of Athletics will be celebrating Veteran's Day by hosting Military Appreciation Day at Fifth Third Bank Stadium as the Owls (8-1, 3-0) host Charleston Southern (5-4, 2-1) in The Nest Saturday afternoon. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. on ESPN3 and can be heard on ESPN Radio 1230 and 106.3.
Kennesaw State will hold various on-field recognitions (Army, National Guard and Marine Corps) throughout the game. The Owls will also include a special American flag KS monogram logo on their helmets. A Military Ticket Discount is available by

The Department of Athletics also welcomes you to bring nonperishable food items to Fan Zone between 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. to support the Hoot Out Hunger with the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee Saturday afternoon. All donations benefit Kennesaw State CARE Center food pantry.
Be sure to pick up Kroger branded items at your local store and Kroger will match your donation! Most needed items include crackers, soups, microwave meals that don't need refrigeration, gluten free items, and large reusable grocery bags. Your donations will make a difference right here at Kennesaw State!
