KENNESAW, Ga.—The Kennesaw State Department of Athletics, in conjunction with University Dining and Fifth Third Bank, is inviting the public to a watch party at the KSU Convocation Center Sunday, November 19, for the 2017 FCS Football Division-I Selection Show.
The public is welcome to join head coach
Brian Bohannon and the No.21-ranked Owls for a free breakfast provided by University Dining. Doors open at 10 a.m. and the selection show begins at 11 a.m. on ESPNU. Come celebrate KSU's historic season and the anticipation of the Owls earning their first FCS Playoff berth.
Kennesaw State (9-1, 4-0) enters Saturday's regular-season finale versus Monmouth with a program-record nine-game winning streak and is outscoring opponents by an average of 15.9 points a contest. The Owls have scored 27 or more points in six of their 10 game and have a victory margin of 18.2 points a game.
The Owls have joined Old Dominion as the only two FCS Division-I programs (since 2008) to secure winning seasons in each of their first three years of existence. KSU's 23 wins over that period are second most by a start-up FCS team since 2008 –Old Dominion went 27-8.
The Big South Conference championship is on the line when No. 21 Kennesaw State hosts No. 22 Monmouth (9-1, 4-0) at Fifth Third Bank Stadium. The Battle of the Birds kicks off at 2 p.m. The game also marks Senior Day and tickets are still available for purchase at KSUOwls.com/tickets. Those who are unable to make it out to The Bank, can watch online on EPSN3 or listen on ESPN Radio 1230 and 106.3.

Fifth Third Bank is the Official Bank of Kennesaw State Athletics. Fifth Third Bank Stadium, the signature athletics landmark on the Kennesaw State University campus, is a world-class facility that has been recognized as one of the premier multi-use outdoor athletics venues in the country. In the fall of 2015, it become the official home of Owls football team and is home to Owls soccer and lacrosse as well.
