KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State University students, faculty, staff and fans will have an opportunity to provide input into what the Owls football team will look like when it takes the field in 2015 as the Department of Athletics is holding a fan survey to solicit opinion regarding the team's helmet.

The fan survey will begin Monday, August 19, and continue through College Colors Day on August 30th as feedback will be taken on three different options. The helmet will be officially unveiled at the soccer game versus Ole Miss on Sept. 13 at Fifth Third Bank Stadium beginning at 7 p.m..

The three versions of the helmet are a black helmet with the primary logo and a gold stripe and black facemask; gold helmet with the "KS" logo, custom black stripe and black facemask; and black helmet with "KS" logo, no stripe and gold facemask.

Fans can click the survey link above, or go to ksuowls.com/FBhelmet to have their voice heard about what combinations, stripes and logo they would like to see on the first Kennesaw State football helmet.

All three helmets will be on display under the Department of Athletics tent at Monday's "Welcome to the Block Kickoff" on the Campus Green between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
