SATURDAY SINGLES DRAWS
CLEMSON, S.C. – The Kennesaw State women's tennis team began its third tournament of the fall season when it opened play at the Duckworth Family Fall Classic Friday (Oct. 4) in Clemson, S.C. This is the third consecutive year the Owls have participated in the Duckworth Family Fall Classic.
The first day of the tournament consisted of five flights of doubles brackets, with four rounds of play in each. Duo juniors
Virginie Stein and
Tamara Plocher placed third in doubles flight No. 3. Stein and Plocher defeated USC Upstate, 8-6.
Singles action will feature 15 women's teams on Saturday (Oct. 5). Recaps will be posted on KSUOwls.com
