ATLANTA, Ga. – Kennesaw State head men’s basketball coach Tony Ingle was featured on Fox 5’s Good Day Atlanta as his first book I Don’t Mind Hitting Bottom, But I Hate Dragging went on sale today as the Owls open up the regular season tonight against Fort Valley State at the KSU Convocation Center.

“I can’t imagine a better way to begin the season and promote the book than to be on Good Day Atlanta,” said Ingle. “It was great of Karen [Graham] and Mark [Hayes] to have me on the show this morning.”

Ingle, who is the winningest coach in Kennesaw State history, made his first appearance on the highly acclaimed morning talk show when he was the featured guest in the seven o’clock hour, appearing at 7:45 a.m. where he was interviewed by Good Day Atlanta co-host Mark Hayes.

The interview touched on Coach Ingle’s book, I Don’t Mind Hitting Bottom, But I Hate Dragging, a rags-to-riches story of overcoming adversity in his life and how he worked his way back into coaching, taking Kennesaw State to a national championship and now moving the Owls basketball program into the Division I realm.

The book is currently available for purchase online at Coach Ingle’s website, www.TonyIngle.com, for $15.95 plus shipping.
